What $ amount will go on the invoice?

The invoiced amount for team registration is determined by the individual's registration date, using the applicable pricing in effect on that day. All prices will automatically be logged on the invoice. If you haven't closed/locked your team yet, a final invoice will automatically be emailed to the team captain directly on Mon. Feb 22, 2027.

The payment percentage is set once the team is created. This means the amount per registration on the invoice will increase as the price increase. Please use the calculator above to help you determine your cost.

If you have a flat dollar amount in mind, use the calculator above to determine a percent that keeps the invoiced amount below all price points OR set your team to NO INVOICE and contact teams@vancouversunrun.com.

Delivery Options:

COURIER - Team Captains will receive their team's race packages by April 12 2027.

VSR OFFICE PICK UP - At 1055 W. Georgia St, Vancouver, between April 12-14, 2027. Best for teams located/accessible to Downtown Vancouver.

EXPO PICK UP - At BC Place (777 Pacific Blvd, Vancouver) on Friday, April 17 from 11am-7pm OR Saturday, April 18 from 9am-4pm. Best for teams coming from out of the Lower Mainland and arriving in town during race weekend or those who have a PO Box, since Purolator can't deliver to a PO Box address.

10K Team Division Terms and Conditions

By registering a team in the EVA BizFam 10K TEAM Division, we understand that:

We need to meet the 10 minimum member requirement by the final deadline on Sunday, February 21, 2027. If not met, the team will be disbanded and people moved to the Individual 10K category.

If we choose to submit a new team logo, it must be emailed to sunrunart@griffinhouse.com no later than Noon on Fri. February 19, 2027; otherwise shirts will automatically be printed with your team name.

If we choose Invoicing, payment (including cheques) must be received by Fri. March 5, 2027. This includes disbanded teams who are on invoice.

Sun. Feb 21, 2027 is the last day to make team changes, this means adding more members, switching member categories (virtual to in-person and vice versa) and changing member corrals, race bib names and shirt sizes.

Youth Team Challenge Terms and Conditions

By registering a team in the Youth Team Challenge, we understand that:

We need to meet the 14 minimum member requirement by the final deadline on Sunday, February 28, 2027.

We must have more youth than adult members or the team will be disbanded.

If we have less than 14 members, our team will be disbanded. Members will then be moved to the 10K Individual or the 2.5K Eva Air Mini Sun Run categories, whichever category they registered in.

If our youth team is disbanded, the Adults registered in the Youth 10K category WILL HAVE to pay the upgrade fee to move to the Individual 10K category as the team did not meet requirement. As a Team Captain, I will ensure to relay this information to all adult members.

If we choose team logo, we must be submit the logo to sunrunart@griffinhouse.com no later than Noon on Friday, February 19, 2027. Otherwise team shirts will automatically be printed with team name.

We understand that the 2.5K Mini Sun Run Cotton Shirts are NOT branded. Only the 10K Tech Shirts will have our Team Name/Logo.

All registrations are FINAL. Refunds, deferrals & transfers NOT permitted.
